Most briefs see a first qualified shortlist within 5-7 working days. Senior or niche briefs may take a fortnight, and we will tell you upfront.
What parts of the UK do you cover?
All four nations. Active candidate networks across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
How do your fees work?
Percentage of first-year base salary, agreed in writing before any candidate is introduced.
What does the replacement guarantee cover?
If a placed hire leaves or is dismissed within the agreed period, we re-run the search free of charge.
What information do you need to start?
A job description (or notes), salary band, target start date and one decision-maker we can speak to.
Can you handle confidential searches?
