We come into the call ready, with the qualifications, market signals and pitfalls of your discipline already in mind.

2. Salary calibration against the live market

Every shortlist is calibrated against current UK salary data. If the band looks low, we tell you before we start.

3. Vetted, ranked shortlist

Three to six candidates per brief, properly vetted, with our written notes.

4. Offer support and onboarding

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offer pressure, line up start dates, and check in on day 7, 30 and 90.
